The Relaxation and Meditation CD

Purpose:
The purpose of this CD is for you to relax and meditate.
Mastery and Power:
The intended result is for you to be able to relax and meditate no matter how much or little time you have. Using this CD, you will become relaxed, focused, centered and calm, and even energized (unless you're using it to drift off to sleep).
Special features:
This CD introduces you to the fundamental relaxation and meditation exercises and guided meditations used throughout the series.
There are three lengths of relaxation and meditation on this CD so that you can use it during the day to be relaxed and energized or so that you can use it at night to be relaxed and drift off into a relaxed and restful sleep.
Hints:
Warning! Listening to this CD at night while drifting off to sleep will cause a deep restful sleep with you waking up energized, refreshed, calm and centered. Listening to this during the day also helps you to be energized, refreshed, calm and centered.It just works this way. While we don't claim this as a substitute for insomnia medicine, you may find that listening to the Relaxation and Meditation CD puts you to sleep better than any medicine you've ever had.
Try listening to the long version a few times to get used to all the relaxation and meditation exercises and guided meditations.
The introduction is on track one by itself. When you feel you've gotten the full value of the introduction, you can skip it. Once in a while, go back and listen to it again. You may hear something newly.
Don't worry if you fall asleep while listening during the night. You will get the results anyway.
As with any relaxation or meditation recording, if you are disturbed and must come back to full waking consciousness immediately, you will immediately come back refreshed, aware and able to deal with any situation.

Below is a list of the contents of the longer version. The exercises in the short length version have a (*) next to them. The exercises in the medium length version have a (**) next to them.
